1. We hate feeling rejected
The sensation of rejection is like abandonment, that speaks of the absence of care and/or conditionality loving. If someone has to do one thing specific to be admired, they quickly discover they are not worthy of love on their own terms. So, Acceptance on the opposite hand is about unconditional love.
2. We hate feeling misunderstood
This was a specific weakness I had that I felt quite vulnerable about – till I met a biblical guidance professor who suffered a similar weakness. I discovered we all suffer it to some extent. None of us like it when people assume they know us or understand us once they do not. Also, Understanding someone is one of the fastest ways of building intimacy in the relationship.
3. We hate feeling unappreciated
Everybody does things that are considerable. Being recognized, or having our work recognized, is very important. when others are recognized and we aren’t we cannot help noticing the partiality. So, Appreciating individuals for the tiny things they are doing may be a good way to elicit respect.
4. We hate feeling excluded
Like being rejected, not being included sends a transparent message we’re not good enough. The Pharisees admired their exclusivity. And anyone enjoying a similar game reveals their insecurity. Note the paradox: the insecure exclude others, making them feel insecure, to feel better and safer about themselves. However, Secure individuals on the opposite hand have no issues together with others, particularly the outliers.
5. We hate being undervalued
No one is worthless, for all have supreme value, However, we can be made to feel worthless. it’s good to recognize people who have worth issues and find ways to actually worth them.
The simple message is this: when it comes to others accept them, perceive them, appreciate them, embrace them, and worth them.
So, Wherever possible, as far as it depends on us, we should surround ourselves with those who are concerning acceptance, understanding, appreciation, inclusion, and valuing people. Such individuals are breath, hope, light, and life. So, the more we tend to recognize the necessity of positive feelings in ourselves, the more we’re ready to invest positive feelings into others’ lives.
